Western Cape Sport Association for the
Physically Disabled Constitution

The vision of WESTERN CAPE SPORTS ASSOCIATION FOR THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED (WCSAPD) is in support of its national sports federation, the SOUTH AFRICAN SPORTS ASSOCIATION FOR THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED (SASAPD) and it is to be recognised as the Western Cape Provincial controlling body of the sports and classification, sport that falls under its jurisdiction, for the physically disabled and visually impairments which complies with eligibility requirements as defined by the National Paralympic Committee. (IPC Classification Code, 2015).

WCSAPD will meet the sporting needs of persons with physical and visual impairments in the Western Cape Province, irrespective of their race, gender, religion, origin or ideology.
